Family video offers a great selection and reasonable rental durations. We are new customers and are getting 50% off . Unfortunately every time one or more disc is defective. our player is new - bought it the day we became members ( they don't sell or rent DVD players ) -. We purchased a DVD player cleaner there on our third visit - without improvement. It's been suggested that I ask for the disc to be cleaned when checking out...and I think I'll look for scratches even before going to the counter.
Great selection of videos but some of the staff come off as just rude.
