The interior of the windows had cobwebs everywhere and children's fingerprints all over the windows, seems like the franchise ownership could possibly remodel the dining room and allow for more comfortable seating without being right on top of each other.
Went online and ordered my pizzas, bone in wings and salad. Only two people were working when I went to pick up my food. I always like to look at the food I order. They had subbed out boneless wings for the bone in wings I ordered. I asked about my salad and they man handed me a tray to make my own off the salad bar. There were alot of brown leaves so I tried to get some just below that and they were frozen. So no salad. I got home and both of my pizzas we're raw. I turned on my oven and finished cooking them. That being said we won't be back.
Very outdated but standard for Pizza Hut. No one we at the counter for several minutes after I arrived but the waitress was nice. Pizza selection in the buffet was good, the salad bar was lacking a few things.
Went to enjoy the lunch buffet and they didn't have much food on the buffet. They also had wet glue coming up from the carpet, the table was filthy and no service at all. This is the second horrible visit we have had. The first visit they didn't have pan pizza available and after a 50 minute wait for our order we where served raw dough. After letting staff know we where told they could cook our pizza again or we could wait another hour. No refund offered. Neither time has the place been very busy.
This is by far the thinnest pizza I have ever seen this is ridiculous. I in no way asked for thin crust and I can't even lift it without it sagging like crazy.
Service is ok. The building could definitely use updating the dining area is very close quarters soda stock is stacked up in between dining tables and a large stainless steel 2 door freezer setting in the dining area across from the salad bar.
