I've been with this agent for a few years now and can say that his office has always been great in last second situations. My rates haven't increase at an insane level unlike with other companies and when I've called with a new vehicle, they've always looked into ways to cut my cost prior to giving me a quote. I don't leave the office feeling like just another policy number.
I have been with this agency for over 2 years now and the last 3 months they have messed up my payment amounts. I am tired of having to call them to fix their mistake. Looking for another insurance agency.
