Horrible customer service bad salesmanship!! I needed a blade for my floor scraper and I called Hermans and he sounded annoyed and rude when he answered and then didn't even try to help me. He was rude and told me nope I can't help ya we don't have it then rudely slammed the phone down. I went to ace hardware and they didn't have what I was looking for but they even offered to order what I needed at ace hardware!! Hermans Hardware was just an terrible place horrible customer service if you want to keep your business you cannot be mean and rude to potential customers I will never go here again!
